Refund & Return Policy

1️⃣ Overview (সারসংক্ষেপ)

Glam Bangla always aims to deliver genuine, high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you may be eligible for a return or refund.
আমরা সর্বদা মানসম্মত পণ্য সরবরাহ করি। তবে ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পেলে রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য।

2️⃣ Eligibility for Return (রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী)

• ✅ The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• ✅ Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
• ✅ You must show unboxing proof (video or photo) for verification.
• ✅ Applicable only for wrong, damaged, or defective products.
• 🚫 Returns are not applicable for imported or customized items.

রিটার্নের জন্য পণ্য ব্যবহার না করা, মূল প্যাকেটে থাকা এবং ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানানো আবশ্যক।

3️⃣ Refund Process (রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া)

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are sent via the same payment method used during purchase.
রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের পর ৫–৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

• 💳 Online payment refunds are processed to the same account/card.
• 📱 Mobile payments (bKash/Nagad) refunded to the same number.
• 💵 COD refunds are transferred through mobile banking after confirmation.

4️⃣ Non-Refundable Items (যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়)

• 🚫 Imported or China sourcing products (since they are pre-paid and sourced on request).
• 🚫 Wholesale or bulk orders after sourcing begins.
• 🚫 Products damaged by customer misuse or mishandling.
• 🚫 Change-of-mind or color/size preference issues.

ইম্পোর্ট বা হোলসেল অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয় না কারণ এগুলো কাস্টম অর্ডার।

5️⃣ Exchange Policy (এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি)

If a product is eligible for return, you can also request an exchange instead of a refund. Replacement will be processed once the returned item is received and verified.
রিটার্নযোগ্য পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে এক্সচেঞ্জও করা যাবে।

6️⃣ For Imported & Wholesale Orders

- Imported items require 100% advance payment. - Wholesale or China-sourced orders require a 2–5 K BDT deposit. - These orders are made per customer request, so they are non-refundable once sourcing begins.
ইম্পোর্ট বা হোলসেল অর্ডার একবার শুরু হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

7️⃣ Return Procedure (রিটার্ন করার ধাপ)

• 1️⃣ Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• 2️⃣ Provide your order number, reason, and photo/video evidence.
• 3️⃣ Our support team will review your request.
• 4️⃣ If approved, return instructions will be sent.
